Fruitful Vine Family Ministries is blessed to have Susan D. Mills as the Secretary of our Board of Directors. She retired from the Craven County School System after teaching middle school and elementary school for 30 years. Currently, she is teaching at Craven Community College. Susan believes in the power of prayer and the value of a good Christian family. In fact, she married her elementary school sweetheart. They had two sons together. Unfortunately, her husband passed away, but his memory is still very much a part of Susan’s life and the life of others in her community. Susan continues to embrace life with faith, her loving family, and determination to succeed in all she does. That determined love of life is so valuable to FVFM.   

Susan states “I like to be home, to take pride in my children, to be among friends, to cry watching old movies, to love my church, and to desire God’s will in my life. My grand-babies: Bryson, Raegann, Annabelle, Amelia, Mason, Finly, and Allison are my joy.
